In a strategic move to scale up its Bengaluru portfolio, TVS Emerald, the real estate arm of TVS Holdings, has acquired a 7.18-acre land parcel in Rayasandra, southeast Bengaluru. This premium lake-adjacent land, acquired from Crystal Vallyt Real Estate Private Ltd, is slated for the development of a residential project with a revenue potential of over ₹700 crore.


This acquisition marks TVS Emerald’s seventh land deal in Bengaluru, reflecting its aggressive expansion into the city’s high-growth residential zones. The location is known for its proximity to IT corridors, reputed schools, commercial zones, and offers excellent connectivity via arterial roads like Sarjapur Road and Hosur Road.
